   I was just looking. I really don’t have anything to add. My grandfather was William J. Prouse (deceased about 1980 ). Only address I have recollection of in my early years is Wilmington DE, USA. I do recall my grandmother telling me that he had family in Secretary, MD. He was married to Mary Ann Doherty (Dougherty) deceased about 1988 , family from Ireland. She was the first child in her family to be born in USA. I really have no family history to relate. They were quite a bit older than I and didn’t have any relatives to my knowledge that visited, albeit her sister Reba. Although our family was quite close, my father was the oldest of 8, the youngest 22 years younger than he, they really didn’t speak much of their families. I do have a first cousin in England. My uncle Thomas married a woman while in the service in the sixties. His name is David, I assume he has his surname. The names of my father and his siblings are as follows: William Jr., Thomas, Robert, Carol (deceased), John, Mary, Donald and Edward.

   Any information you can provide would be appreciated. I have recently met two couples that have moved to this area (Ocean Pines MD and lower county in DE) also with the same surname. They are originally from (1) Wilmington DE area, Robert and the Baltimore MD
   area, John.
